With all the unexpected expenses for a start-up restaurant, I had decided to delay creating a website until our first anniversary, even though our marketing plan called for one. (And customers asked us from our first week of operation what our website address was.) When I saw Bill’s ad in The Hampton News, I filed it for future reference. When he saw our article in the same publication, he contacted us.
I was pleased to learn that creating a website was more affordable than I thought. Working with Holly Ridge Web Design is simple, because after our initial meeting, we interact via email. I also appreciated that I didn’t have to find a photographer, and that Holly Ridge Web Design was able to explain the advantages and disadvantages of the set-up options for our site. While we are still a work in progress, Bill is always on top of things when I submit changes and updates. If he says he will do it, it’s done. That’s one less thing for me to worry about. I’m glad I didn’t delay going forward with the project, and it’s also been fun to give out our address so that out-of-town friends and family can get a glimpse of the restaurant.
